Staff are cordial and the clinic appears to run on time which is a plus. Regarding the clinic, Dr. Howard M. Chi bent a needle in my kitten when giving shots. He is rough and does NOT pay attention to the angle of the syringe. This should have been a relatively painful procedure. Also, after inserting an anal thermometer he proceeded to cut the kittens nails and did not heed the inserted thermometer...as a result, it was pushed against the table causing much stress to the kitten. The examination table was not clean.
