I have never experienced a vet visit like the one I had at Vetcetera Animal Hospital. I was having an issue and they were the only Vet that was understanding and willing to try to help me - they took my name and number and called me back shortly after they said they would see what they could do for me. They squeezed me in for a neuter for both of my cats due to my situation and they provided excellent care to my two precious boys after surgery and also took the time to call me and check back in on them. The staff there go above and beyond not only for the animals they care for but for their owners as well. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and care they have provided me and my boys. It feels like a home there and the staff are absolutely amazing -I definitely wouldn’t think of taking my boys anywhere else!

The staff at this clinic is sincerely involved in caring for my cats - and also for the humans affected by our cats' well being. The clinic provides extras like calculating meal sizes for proper weight. There is "upselling" attempted that I haven't experienced at other clinics (how you can always take better care with another product (toothpastes, special combs, etc), and I've come away with a few things I've never used), and some prices have increased a lot since I started here a few years ago, but the care is great. I've seen Dr. Callen a few times since she's joined the clinic in addition to Dr. Emma and they are a competent team. Sometimes diagnoses/testing needs a bit of direction from me and I have to keep track of what tests are being done and what their benchmarks are, but I find that's the same with personal healthcare as well. Victoria is also an excellent tech and I trust her a lot.

Excellent clinic. I have taken my pets to Dr. Emma on several occasions. I live in Cape Breton and Emma and her staff have been very good at accommodating my needs and requests. I would and have recommended this clinic to many of my friends.

My cat(Moe)receives the greatest care possible by Dr Emma and staff.The facilities are always clean,and staff are always punctual.Their pricing is very good and they will work with you if you need help.I and my pets look forward to our visits to Vetcetera.Thanks Dr Emma and staff

Everyone who works in this clean, bright facility obviously loves and cares about the well-being of animals. Dr. Emma is very thorough and caring and always points out things I may need to watch for as my cat ages.They have worked patiently with me helping adjust my cat's diet to help her reduce weight and they are very gentle with her when she is nervous and cranky. They keep track of when she needs her annual check-up and shots and call me to book and remind me of my appointment times. My cat is not fond of the car so I really appreciate how close this clinic is to my home. Some vets might be cheaper but my cat would not enjoy a long drive to get to one.

I decided to take my dog to Vetcetera after reading all of these good reviews. Huge mistake! Dr. Emma R. did not send x-Ray to radiologist promptly even though she knew my dog was very sick. We waited 2 days and got a late phone message from her saying to call next morning to discuss results. We called next morning but she never returned our call that day - in fact didn't bother to call until the next evening after 6PM. By then we had made an app with another vet. I am sad that my dog was suffering all this time while we trusted her and waited. I would never recommend Vetcetera.

The staff and facilities at Vetcetera are excellent. While our cat does not enjoy going to the vet, everyone is very friednly and they make it as pleasant as possible for him. Our cat is a frequent visitor of their kennel and all of the staff know him, and him issues well, so they take excellent care of him. I would highly recommend Vetcetera to others.

I would not take my pet to any place else. Everyone truly cares for your pet. Customer service is excellent, warm and friendly and do not rush you through appointment. I recently had to put my pet down, and the care and understanding they provided was unbelievable, and so appreciated at teh time. They took the time to send me a card later. Dr. Emma as well as the entire time is awesome. I would highly recommend this Vet Clinic.

Wonderful bright new place with very friendly staff. My dog looks forward to her visits. Staff are very knowledgeable and offer suggestions and solutions to all my pet needs. Vetcetera also gives back to the community. Everytime I've asked for a donation or sponsorship for my child's fundraising events, I was never turned down. I'm also a yearly attendee at Vetcetera's annual Dog Wash in support of Bind-a-While Animal Shelter.

Where to begin. I brought my cat, sookie, into the vet because she was vomiting. I had just adopted her and had the new owner jitters. I am going to do this in point form to stay under 1000 characters! •the entire staff was extremely friendly. Made me feel like I had adopted the sweetest and cutest cat ever (thanks lol) •dr Emma opted not to do unnecessary x rays. (Trust earned!) she was right. Sookie was allergic to chicken. •after taking sookie to the ER vet, dr Emma called me three days IN A ROW to touch base and alleviate my concerns about feline herpes. •she even contacted the ER to tell them my visit should have been considered a follow up and got me back 80$. I really appreciate the care, kindness, PATIENCE, and understanding this facility has.

We are so happy at this clinic. It is the cleanest clinic I have ever been in. The entire staff is exceptional!! Dr . Emma is fantastic, always has time and knowledge to explain everything to us. We will never take our pets anywhere else. Thank you all for doing such a great job ! As pet lovers and owners we all know that our pets are like our family. The care and service at Vetcetra is phenomenal and I recommend Vetcetra to everyone I know with pets!

This is the cleanest, friendliest clinic that I have ever visited. The staff have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. My dog, Junior, has enjoyed prompt, caring treatment from day one. I truly believe our veterinarian takes her practice to an exemplary level. Specifically, she takes time to thoroughly question and examine at each and every visit. I am included in the process by explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. Moreover, there is excellent follow up with me to ensure Junior is doing well. I have recommended this clinic to friends and family and would honestly be devastated if I had to go anywhere else.

Vetcetera has a fantastic team to help care for your pet. They are knowledgable, caring, compassionate and friendly. Although it may not be my dogs favorite place to go, I am very happy to know that he receives such great care when he is there.
