We started at the Murrieta office and were referred to Carlsbab for tests. After some very expensive testing two possibilities were eliminated. Th results of the third test were not told to us for a week. The Carlsbad office was called and we were told they would get back to us with the results. They never did. The Murrieta office told us Carlsbad did not give them the info. Murrieta did not return our call. The specialists that were to confer and get back to us never did. While this incompetent office could not pick up the phone or FAX between their offices, My dog was extremely ill. Was not eating or drinking. He could not walk. After a week and $$$$$$$ a vet had the compassion to work with us and find some test results. I commend Dr Hoggan. I hope the rest of the staff enjoy their ill gotten profits and get the medical attention they give their patients. Caution they are all very friendly and polite. I strongly recommend any place other than this clinic.

I got to the office at about 7pm, and had to wait until nearly 9pm to be taken into an exam room, where I had to wait another half an hour. I then waited until past 1am with no further updates until I finally went home. The next morning they never called me; I had to call them for information. They said my cat was fine, but they had not resolved the issue he was brought there for, and another condition had arisen that they did not notice. No explanation of his condition or the myriad of tests and procedures they did to me was given to me whatsoever, even though there were issues with those tests. The girl who brought my cat out to me was very rough with his carrier, banging him against the door and her leg, too. Since then they have not bothered to respond to any of my inquiries, have lied to my credit card company when I disputed the charges, and refused to respond to the BBB as well. They are negligent, uncaring, and rude. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE.

There was one good vet (cardio); the male internist and the manager were bad - internist only responded to the initial couple of calls, after which he didn't return calls anymore; the manager claimed that she tried to call me several times - only called me once. One set of lab results were invalid, yet they would not refund the charges for it (over $200). We had to go back to redo the cytology because the first one was also invalid (paid a total of around $700 for the whole internal medicine consult and tests, but pretty much useless - since it makes one wonder if the other "results" were also invalid or inaccurate. Save your money and try some other place. If there was anything good to say about this place was the responsiveness of one front desk lady, who managed to provide a copy of pretty much all the test results. Still... better to just find another palce where you won't waste your money.

I paid twice as much for the same tests performed by my vet who sent me here for a "specialists" opinion. Three times the price for a simple ultrasound. After paying for these tests they said their diagnosistic opinion was to run more tests. Gee, I wonder why?

I worked here as a tech for a short time. Overpriced, and E.R. care by technical staff leaves something to be desired.
