Late one Friday afternoon our little girl got very ill, she was even discharging blood. The crew at Angel Animal Hospital didn't say "no" just because it was closing time. Our little girl was promptly examined, x-rayed and diagnosed. She had pyometra and needed immediate surgery. She received loving care from everyone. Her nervous parents and our other hairy child were treated just as kindly. The staff went out of their way to be sure we understood everything including the aftercare she would need from us. The entire staff stayed for hours after closing to tend to our family. We also received a call at 10 p.m that night from Dr. Flathers to check on how our little girl was doing after her surgery. Now that's definitely the personal touch that truly shows how much the staff cares. Without the expertise, efficiency, knowledge and loving care provided to us by all the staff of Angels we certainly could have lost a very special member of our family. Thank You!

When Dr. Snow ran this clinic, it was great. He was caring, compassionate and his prices were reasonable. Since his retirement and the new vets have taken over, prices have skyrocketed. They push every single test they can, plus added a ridiculous fee just for seeing the vet. Even for minor issues,my cost was always over $100. Now, they have become extremely pushy, calling my home repeatedly and sending postcard reminders about annual tests they insist that my pet needs. Once they began building a new clinic and computerized the current one, it has become all about the money. I feel that the vets are very good and if not for the cost and pushiness, I would still go there. They have priced themselves out of my range. Sadly, it seems they are more interested in money than their clients.

This place is terrible! Everything seems to change from day to day. One day you can go in and get a medication for your pet and the next day they have decided you need to have this exam and this test and that bloodwork and if you don't do that they won't sell you what your pet needs. The owner doesn't care about the clients. I had to go back up there to give them 10 cents because my check was made out wrong and the front desk person didn't notice. I had until the end of the month or they were going to add $4 to my ten cents for a service fee. The staff tries to sell you everything under the sun. They don't care about animals, they care about how much money they can get out of you. I spent hundreds of dollars to have my cat still sick and have to go somewhere else. And I was charged $32 every time I brought him back when the last "treatment" didn't work! Don't go there!
