My dog entered the vet with a cold,couldnt sleep... heart fine, blood test fine,temperature fine and wagging tail and walking.Gave medication -4 days later the dog was very ill, lathargic and could not walk.He suggested X-rays and anastesia, left the building came home received phone call saying your dog is dead.He did not tell me what caused the death..this has been a great loss for my husband and me.They did not return the amount of $250.00 for the x-rays that were not completed..They were very rude , they handeled my dear dog complaining about her urinating on her...What a terrible staff and male Dr. who should not be working with animals they have no feelings for them.I cannot believe they are still in business with other dear animals coming to that building. Again, I will complain about the way they treat animals. thank you

overcharged, did not treat dog correctly, had to take pet to a different veterinarian, refused refund on overcharge, performed lab test on site and could not determine lab results.
