This man comes off at first as very friendy and knowledgeable. But he does not give you all the information you need. I asked him specific questions and he did not know the answers. His practice caused my pet to have serious injuries and hence I had to take the dog to another facility. Please do not use this vet or hospital. I asked them to change their practices and they refused. They refused to help future pet owners make educated decisions concerning preblood work and anesthesia. They are not a 24/7 animal facility...you will have to take your pet to another hospital if there is a problem. Please go somewhere else...it is dirty in the back, they do very bad neutering and spaying work. They had my sick dog over a sink. They also have associations with known puppy mills in Pennsylvania. Look at the big gold bracelet on his wrist.....they will not help you with your vet bills if you have to go someplace else, they will buy a big gold bracelet. BARKLOUDFORMAX
