I had an issue with my Vet and this location was referred to me by a freind. It was a drive for me but it was WELL worth the drive. These people were SO nice! There prices were great and they treat every animal you can think of. I used them to a teeth cleaning for my dog. they kept her over night for free. gave me samples when I picked her up, called to see how she was (twice!) and was the BEST price in the area for the procedure. I will be taking all of my pets there from now on!

For those with exotics (birds) you will NOT find a better vet than Dr. Elizabeth Clark. Dr. Clark is a bird owner herself. Dr. Clark is passionate when it comes to all birds. When you have an appointment with her, she will not only provide a good exam of your bird, but she will also educate you in the process. Dr. Clark's experience makes her one of the best choices for avian medicine in the Lehigh Valley. We have also seen Dr. Joseph Consigli who is treating one of our diabetic cats. Dr. Consigli has a very good manner and he allows clients to have a voice in the care their pet receives. Dr. Consigli is very reliable when it comes to communicating with his clients (i.e. lab results, returning calls, etc.) I would highly recommend either of these veterinarians as your pets health care provider.

New Bunny owners 10/09 adopted 5 year old unspayed female. Had a fall in Jan and started limping. Called QV Clinic Fri evening. Spoke with the woman at least 20-30 mins(no charge)& decided to wait for Mon appt. Informed of after hours charge if we need help Sat PM or Sunday. Seemed reasonable. Mon, Dr. Mickley spent min of half hour on floor with Cookie, answered all of our questions & then some, provided meds and charged only $50. Recommended Spay for health reasons but we hesitated due to age and anesthesia. Decided on Spay in July. It was just in time. She had cysts and pre-cancerous condition. Dr Clark spoke with us 4 times during that day and gave us best hours to call for her condition. We had a tour of where she would stay and were allowed to bring her favorite foods. Quite simply, THEY SAVED HER LIFE. I give a 4 for punctuality because you just can't expect everyone to drop what they are doing to take your call & sometimes anothers treatment is more urgent.

The staff is always super friendly, caring and knowledeable, the facility is exceptional and state of the art along with the service. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, but I know why, because the vets take the time that is needed to address every concern my animal has, I never feel I am being rushed out of the door. This is a big facility open 24/7 with a huge staff, always there for me, so I expect to pay a little more than the average smaller practice, they have staff to pay.... and good medicine costs money, our animals cant talk, so diagnostics need to be run, and thats not free! They are certainly not as expensive as other Emergency clinics around and I think the prices are fair. Be it for routine visits or emergencies, they are reliable and trustworthy, caring and considerate for both my small and large animals...I would never go any where else.

They were terrible! I called 3 times between 630am and 1130 am to check on my cat and every time they told me the vet was doing her rounds then and would call me back. Finally the 3rd time I called I said so you mean to tell me no one has checked on my cat since I called last night at midnight?! The veternarian finally called me back at noon and said they were going to do a urinalysis. I called around 4 to see what urinalysis said and whomever I spoke to said they didn't have the results back yet and the DR would call me when they get the results. 830pm I called them again to get urinalysis results and they still didn't have them! It takes 2 min to take urine from the animals bladder and put it on the dip stick to read it yet somehow 8 hours later they had no urinalysis results to give me. They were horrible horrible horrible!! I will NEVER use them again and recommend you NEVER use their emergency service.
