VERY BAD experience! They completed numerous services, procedures, and tests that were not needed and/or even related to the original symptoms for my pet. All of their services, medications, and even pet supplies are ridiculously overpriced. THIS A FOR PROFIT BUSINESS ONLY! They also seem driven to recommend long term and even alternative treatments and services in order to continue milking their customers for cash. Also, I felt like they were using "guilt" as a leverage tool to persuade me into purchasing additional unnecessary and very expensive tests and services for my sick pet. Their business practices seemed more centered on making a buck rather than providing care for helpless animals.
