3 of the 4 doctors - Szanto, McGrath, and Bowers, are excellent. They are fantastic veterinarians who care about the animals they treat. The 4th doctor - Donato, who is the owner of the hospital, is a nightmare. He is pretty good, but the classic example of hearing hoof beats and assuming it's zebras. His passion is clear - money, money, money. He is the king of unnecessary bloodwork, xrays, and test, and his prices are over-inflated, even for the Main Line. God forbid you don't have a Visa or MasterCard - they don't take Discover, AmEx or CareCredit. The girl who runs the office is a nightmare - the few times I've had the displeasure of interacting with her, she has been rude and dismissive - and no surprise, as she's married to the owner. This, itself, is no biggie, but they're cut from the same cloth. Because of my utter displeasure in dealing with these two, I've taken my business elsewhere, despite how great the other doctors are. I suggest you do the same.
