This place has gone DOWN hill!! They are rude, disrespectful and very disorganized. For example, when dropping off my dog for boarding they said she was NOT due for anything, including Kennel Cough vac. When I picked her up 3 days later, they billed me for Kennel Cough vac and told me of 2 other shots she needed. Plus, when I have asked for her nails clipped, they either botch them up, only do half or forget all together. And the place smells. Oh, and when I took my dog to the only doc there now, she was so terrible with my dog and had her so upset (no ability to connect with an animal) that she lost bowel control while the doc was holding her. This has never happened with any other vet before. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!

I only trust my furbabies to the BEST doctor! Dr. Pottynski is thorough and totally focused on delivering the best medical care to my pets. She will fit a patient in at any time - she wants her four-legged patients healthy! I won't trust any other Vet than Dr. Pottynski - I have used her for years. Dr. Pottynski is THE BEST Veterinarian and my furkids give her four-paws up!
