The most important aspect of this clinic is to know they care. Many people I have spoken with say great things about this clinic. However, they all tell me they went to the VETS 24 hour care facility in Oakdale/Waterford on Enterprise Lane and found them to be a horror show. Vets has a terrible reputation and the state is investigating them now. Avoid this clinic at all costs, they are expensive, low quality care and many vets in the area do not allow their patients to go there. VETS 24 hour care is almost a scam, Ocean State in Rhode Island is superb for 24 hour care, as is Bolten animal hospital, stay clear of VETS in Oakdale/Waterford.

The Vet - Dr. Fedorich - is solid and very caring. Vet Techs know their stuff. Were always responsive & accomodating. Walked us through the crisis with our cat in a careful and effective manner.Current status for my cat is positive - thanks to their focused approach & support to the cat and my family every step of the way!
