been loyal to this vet for 6 years and feel bad for my pets now. I took one pet there in april told there was a mole on his jaw so the doctor froze it and said it would fall off. Paid 40.00 for the procedure. Didn't fall off, in fact it got bigger. Never heard of this happening said the vet. Than I get heartworm medicine the factory of its maker shut down. So they switched and started charging $8.25 a pill (old pill was $5.00 a pill), I can buy it online for $4.00 and they buy by bulk. But they would only give one dog a script cause next month i have to schedule the other one for rabies shots. 6 years never miss appointment, nor medication for my pets and this is how a vet treats the pet owners. After this I asked about the mole what they are going to do about it, their response I mind you they are the vet said maybe you need to have a culture done it might not be a mole. So how manynormal people out there can take a vet culture? YOU NEED TO HAVE A VET TO DO IT.
