Click to report rating    3/20/18   5     5     5     5   We took out Doberman puppy there to have her ears cropped. We traveled an hour to Mars,OA from Ohio since no clinics in our area perform the procedure anymore. Staff was very friendly and office was very clean. They were very helpful with information for pre surgery and after care. They called us that night after the surgery to give up the update on how it went and how she was doing. Next day when we picked her up they were very informative on what to expect and how to care for her. The work was very good we are very pleased. We would recommend them to anyone RID: 65791
Click to report rating    11/27/12   5     5     5     5   I have had multiple dogs in my home for 17 years. I have lived in Mars and have been going to Dr. Frank at Mars Animal Depot for the last 8 years. He is THE BEST vet we have ever dealt with, hands down. My wife and I feel lucky to have him. RID: 38737
Click to report rating    5/25/07   1     3     3     4   I thought staff was very rude. Weren't concerned that my dog had an infection after they spayed her and acted like I was bothering them for wanting to bring her back in. I had the impression that they blamed me for her infection, but I noticed on itemized list that they didn't list or charge me for an antibiotic injection. I don't know if they forgot to charge me for it or if they didn't give her the antibiotic injection. RID: 4117
