This vet hospital is all about the money. Your pet is secondary. Night Dr. Roberts is inept and incompetent. If you complain like I did, then they fire you and your pet as a patient. No kidding. They make you find another vet. Vet office always has a long wait and when you finally get in to see the Dr, you are then rushed. Also, be ready for an outrageous bill. Everything is overpriced and costs are jacked up. Dr. Roberts handles pets very roughly and she is unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere, for the sake of your pet and your billfold. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

we have a cat with a skin condition that nobody can name. after skin biopsies were done we came back to have stitches removed. we got the cat back in the car...and found a stitch in his muzzle still. took him back in, it was removed. we got home and they had called to say we think there might be more stitches left in him...STILL! and there were. very incompetant "doctors"...especially, the large grey haired lady....i think her name is dr. howe. a 3rd attempt at removing stitches needed!

I called and scheduled an appointment with TLC for my dog who was very sick due to ear infections. They called the day before the appointment to confirm. I showed up very early hoping there was a possibility to be seen sooner. I was told they would try to get us in as soon as possible. Three hours later and two hours passed our appointment time, we were still not called in. Not only that, but walk-in customers who came in long after us, were taken ahead of us. Not once did the staff, who had seen us sitting in the waiting room for HOURS, apologize for the wait or offer any explanation. Finally I had to leave. I was very upset that my sick dog had to wait so long while being so sick. The only part of the whole process that seemed to work flawlessly in the TLC office was the billing process. Customers were quickly attended to upon exit to be handed their bill and to collect the fees. It seemed that everyone who came out was hit with a huge bill. In retrospect, I am glad that we went else
