So the one time I call because our dog has a real emergency where time is critical they wouldn't see the dog and sent me elsewhere. They wouldn't even put a vet on the phone for a second so I could ask a quick question!!! I'm angry at them due to their lack of concern for the poor dog. They lost us forever.
