Click to report rating    4/7/11   5     5     5     5   We're very happy with Dr. Shoenrock and his staff, especially his assistant Barbara ( we call her Auntie Barbara). We're always treated with exceptional courtesy, and can always get appointments easily. I highly recommend this vet, who has treated three of our dogs. RID: 24197
Click to report rating    2/13/11   5     4     5     5   I have been going to this animal hospital for 20 years with many different pets. He has very good services at excellent prices. I will definitely stay with this vet for as long as I am in the area. RID: 22829
Click to report rating    4/15/07   5     4     5     5   We've been using Waldwick Anim. Hosp. for about seven years and have been very pleased with the quality of their service. Although our dogs aren't very enthusiastic about going to the vet., they do take good care of them. Whenever we've had a problem they've either given us help over the phone or taken us in almost immediately. I've never felt like they're trying to gouge us for money. The vet. Dr. Craig Schoenrock is a little on the quiet side, so you have to ask questions to get the information you need. Don't misunderstand, that doesn't mean he's not interested, he's just not very talkative. His primary assistant, Barabra, is great. In addition, if there has been more than just a regular check-up visit, they've generally called shortly after to see if everything is OK. Just for the record, other than our dogs being patients, we don't have any affiliation with them. RID: 3428
