Very bad. Be aware that they modify their website by deleting their bad ratings. Happened to me. They cost me 2 cats within a month of each other. Took my obviously sick cat in. No bloodwork and no tests. Claimed he had a certain condition even tho he had NONE of the symptoms. My sweet boy was dead within 3 weeks. Had taken him in for a second look and a different doctor, same clinic. Had an appt. but when I showed up the doctor was at a family cookout!!..... my female who was very attached to my boy grieved herself to death. Wrote a scorching review warning people but found it removed after a short time. Poor....be very wary. They are known by other individuals I met who have dealt with them and they warned me after the fact to stay away. Wish I had known.
