Hendricks doesn't even deserve one star! They are rude, uncaring and inhumane. I boarded my dog and when I picked him up, he was soaked. When I asked why, the employee that brought him out said they just put a little perfume on him. He was soaked in urine! His name tag and other medals were ruined from the urine he had been lying in. When we brought it to their attention, the manager said they are taken out only once a day and that they're too busy to do more for the pets. She also said dogs are dumb and lie in the urine because they don't remember where they had urinated. Then they had the nerve to tell us it was our fault for opting out of their $75.00 bath before pick up. This bath is clearly a cover up for the lack of care. Furthermore, his medication was not administered for several days even after leaving complete dosage and information. My cat was hoarse and couldn't even meow. Our pets are part of our family and deserve respect and proper care.
