Very professional in all respects. Location is near both I-20 and I-77. Ample parking, comfortable reception area, friendly and responsive front desk personnel. Reception area and exam rooms are always pristine. Variety of retail items available for purchase. Dr. Gregg was recognized by the state veterinary association recently as the top rated veterinary doctor in South Carolina and the level of care and competence of his staff is first rate. Phone calls are returned promptly. I have never felt rushed during a visit whether during a scheduled appointment or dropping in. All my dogs and cats have been patients of Dr. Gregg and staff since 1992. Once entering the hospital customers are greeted right away. An added benefit is GAH customers can access their pet's medical records via epethealth.com (pretty sure that is correct). This can be a great help, especially when traveling.
