Ive been going here for years w a specific exotic pet. Nice staff, clean bld, but ur gonna pay TOP DOLLAR.I have no choice bc its the "best" I could find w/in 50 miles for my exotic pets. each dr. I can tell really specializes on certain animals. Unfortunately its not mine. But they try. Unfortantly the vets lack of knowledge in my pets area scares me sometimes even though they mean well. Many treatments ive paid hundreds of dollars for was not the correct treatment come to find out later thru my own research. Its frustrating, but their the best I can find in s.c. Easy to make apts, but their punctuality has been crappy at best lately.

Have received excellent advice regarding our various pets including a cat, dog, and lizard. Went way above our expectations in providing information. Extremely caring and compassionate.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am espcially impressed with Dr. Sue Ann Hurlbert! She is thorough, patient, and explains treatments, etc. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Hurlbert and staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We've taken our four year old shih-tzu to Healthpointe her entire life--totally satisfied and wouldn't consider anywhere else.

HealthPointe Veterinary Clinic is a wonderful clinic. The staff and doctors are intelligent, caring, compassionate, and go above and beyond to make both pets and clients comfortable. The building is very clean and beautiful. I would definitely recommend it!

HealthPointe Veterinary Clinic is simply the best veterinary practice around! Their staff is knowledgable, caring and compassionate. I only wish my human physician was this good!

Dr Hurlbert has been taking care of my canine babies since 1999. When both of my dogs were diagnosed w/ terminal cancer w/in 20 hours of each other she was the perfect combination of compassion and realism about their diagnoses. My older baby was able to be w/ me for 1 more year and my younger child, w/ help from an oncologist, was able to make it 4 more years. Dr Hurlbert and her staff were nothing but supportive. The loving care the staff showed to my babies will remain w/ me always.

Dr. Hurlbert and her staff failed to follow the necessary precautions regarding one out our pets, and resulted in an injury. We were treated as if we had done something wrong. Our dog was treated like a delinquent, was anesthetized, and then we were told that basically his behavior is a result of our treatment of him. I would not recommend this vet to my worst enemy.
