This facility performed dental surgery on my cat at which time Dr. James MacGeorge found a squamous cell tumor on her tongue.I specifically told him prior to the surgery I felt there was something more serious going on. He did not examine my pet's mouth thoroughly. If he had he would have seen the tumor. I disputed the dental portion of the bill but the facility refused to credit it to my account. I allege that they did the surgery for the money only and did not care for the overall well being of my pet. Two weeks after the surgery she was put to sleep. I spoke to the director there and she was defensive, condescending to me. I would not send my worst enemy to this place.
