My family was told by Dr Grist to go to this clinic over Richland due to it's busyness yesterday and the need to euthanize our pet. This clinic staff was awful. Reception stood back from the desk and complained about the 3 clients that they had to tend to at that moment. She finally looked at me, after shuffling some papers. After being brought back, I asked the technician how long a wait. She said, oh, we can do it right now. She gave our pet a hematoma, the euthanizing medicine didn't get in the vein, and she said, this may take a while, and she walked out. She didn't even try another vein site. After a long time, she came back in, and said, maybe she needs another shot. She brought another person in to get the vein. They ended up using a dull electric razor and had to turn her completely over to do it. And then when when we mentioned they were taking too long. The next technician said mid process...while she was still out but breathing...Do you want me to keep going? We said yes.
