Where do I start, I am so thankful for finding Dr Kristine Gilbert and her phenomenal staff. I went through bad experience with my black lab Jet and without me be recommended Dr Gilbert not sure if I would still have Jet. I lost my other black Lab, Alexis on April 30th to terminal melonoma cancer. I had choice to let her live out last months but through the guidance I have gained over the last 3 years I could make the decision to let my baby girl go. WITHOUT THE LOVE AND SUPPORT FROM DR GILBERT AND STAFF I would never been able to do this. She let me pick day and time and came to my home to let my baby girl go to Rainbow Bridge. She explained each step and was with me to end. DR GILBERT gives you her cell phone & if need her night or day no matter what time she will answer and would meet you instead of sending you to Emergency Hospiital. She tries to help first. I DONT KNOW ANY VET or clinic like the care they give at Lexington Animal Clinic. I couldn't ask for better vet!
