Staff not friendly at all. Snobby attitude. I always feel rushed leaving outta there but you pay so much. Feeling like you’re just a number. There nice to who the want to be nice to.Sometimes when business gets so big, they stop having compassion & gratitude for your business. It’s a shame. I will try my best not to comeback here. I will go elsewhere with my babies.

Dr. Bruce is a wonderful man. He cares about my babies! His technician on Thursdays is always a pleasure. Well educated and goes above and beyond to make sure I have the tools to be a great pet owner! There are a few other staff members there that are amazing. Facility is very clean and it just feels like home.
