I am told by my close friends who used to go to this Vet that this Vet and staff lack in compassion and professionalism! Hopefully they have acquired some in the new facility. My friends have made several comments about charges for services not rendered, their pets being sick after boarding there, so they have changed to another Vet office. I can tell you first hand that he and his staff are everything you would want in a Vet!

My dog got mysteriously critically ill while in their care (kennel). She was happy and healthy when we dropped her off the day before. The Vet called and recommended expensive tests, indicating that not doing them might likely mean that our dog would die. Being 600 miles away, we Okayed his recommendation. The tests were all negative! Other than some odd bloodwork that normalized after aggressive treatment in 24 hours. We picked up the dog 5 days later (when the vet indicated she was well enough to go home.) We received her foul smelling, eyes crusted over, weak and 10 lbs. lighter. She was on 3 prescriptions, which in a follow up with an different Vet clinic, were all mislabeled, and one of the drugs was not even the one that the care sheet indicated it was! Thankfully our dog is none the worse for the med errors! However, we were still stuck with a bill for $1300! A cost that the office staff at the new vet said would have cost HALF that much if they had done them!
