I was very happy with care of my pets here until my daughters dog was misdiagnosed for a serious problem. She brought her very ill dog for evaluation and was told her condition was due to arthritis. She was given medication and a substantial bill for services. Several hours later she took the dog to the emergency clinic because she had gotten sicker and found out the dog was in congestive heart failure. The poor dog suffered needlessly for those several hours. Sadly, she was put to sleep, something that could have been done at Westbury had she been diagnosed correctly! I am now looking for a new vet."jk
