This clinic misdiagnosed our puppy and nearly killed her as a result. She had parvo and they didn't do their due diligence. After taking her in for diarrhea, vomiting and lack of appetite, she was treated for a dietary problem. I ASKED the vet since she was so young if she should be tested for parvo. Thank goodness we brought her to a different vet that night to get a second opinion or she wouldn't be alive today. After speaking with the vet after the diagnosis she refused to admit culpability or admit failure of due diligence, let alone reimbursement of $150. She also had the audacity to tell me I was just upset about the situation and was taking it out on her. After paying $3,300 for our dog's parvo treatment and care, it wasn't about the $150. I wanted an apology, but got neither that nor a reimbursement. I strongly advise against anyone ever taking their animal to this clinic. It might save your pet's life to go somewhere else.
