I switched from Woody Franklin in 2013 to another clinic because Dr. Franklin had my dog on two different anti-inflammatory drugs at the same time. I found out that this is very likely to cause kidney dysfunction and symptoms were present. I only found this out from other vets, not from Franklin! Dr. Franklin is just too casual and nonchalant about animal care. Just recently, my dog was in a crisis, and had to have emergency care. I took my my dog to a local vet clinic and to the animal ER in Sioux Falls; both facilities told me my dog had days at best left to live. I called and asked Dr. Franklin to help me put my dog to sleep on a Saturday morning. When I arrived, he asked some history, then he had the total lack of sensitivity to make some sarcastic remark when I was in need of a life-ending intervention... There was no other clinic open. I don't think I need to say anything else...
