This vet used to be great but they've gone steadily downhill since I first started bringing my pets here. They have so much turnover now in both their office and doctor staff that there's no consistency. The staff's moods seem to swing WIDELY from day to day, sometimes to the point of being outright rude. Since they've permanently switched to not letting owners in with their pets (no reason for that anymore), their care quality has gone way down. They frequently miss things or "forget" to check things on my pet that I've asked to be looked at, and instead of going back and looking at those things, they just give a blanket dismissive answer that makes it unacceptably clear that they have no intention of going back and doing what they were supposed to have done in the first place. Their prices have skyrocketed and become unacceptably high for the sub-par care they now give. I've taken my pets here for almost 15 years but I'm actively looking for a better option moving forward. Not good.

I love Mt. Scott Animal Clinic! We switched from another vet whose prices had skyrocketed. Mt. Scott's prices seemed more reasonable and you can't beat the service. Everyone from the front desk to the vet tech's to our experience with Dr. Conradi was terrific. We went for a second opinion for our dog-- and were very happy with the information we received. They were very helpful, informative, and will chat with you over the phone about any questions you have, instead of making you come in for an appt. We really felt that they loved our dog and would do everything they could to help his pain, and to help us understand how to treat it for the long-term. In short-- they are wonderful!

Mt. Scott is well-staffed. Everyone is polite. The facility is clean and large. I switched from Woodstock VCA Animal Hospital to Mt. Scott Animal Clinic on the basis that my dog needed bladder surgery to remove stones, and Woodstock had quoted me $1200 for the surgery alone, while Mt. Scott quoted somewhere between $700-850 for all services. On top of that, I was able to explain that Corgi Aid would be assisting us in paying for the bill--and they were willing to work with me. Dr. Conradi could have insisted that until she was paid she wouldn't proceed with the surgery, but instead, knowing the pain that my dog was in, she insisted that my dog come in for surgery ASAP. Furthermore, pre-op she was so informative. We asked a lot of questions, and she answered all of them well. Corgi Aid will be sending a check, my dog is recovering, and I'm eternally grateful to this vet for being so flexible, compassionate and understanding. In short, I love Mt. Scott Animal Clinic.
