prices are ridiculous. 55 for office visit, 111 for x-ray...my dog was there 1 night, died of pancreatitis, bill was 911.00 ....I am going to go to court over prices and find another vet...though I will have to travel to palm springs area

I am definitely not pleased with the communication at this office. I was told that the charges for my dog being fixed would be half of what it actually was. That and I do not appreciate being told I could drop off my pet early when in fact I was going to have to wait around for them to check her in. This is definitely the worst place I have ever taken my pet

i don't appreciate being talked down to. i don't appreciate being treated like i am a drug user because i have a dog who needs tranquilizing occasionally. i don't appreciate my dog being called psycho in front of me and i don't appreciate being charged for all these pleasures. and if your animal is ill after hours, don't bother to call as no one will return your call. then you get the pleasure of going to the vet ER in 1,000 palms and being emotionally abused there as well.

There are several vets out of this office. I saw Dr. Teylar and was VERY pleased with her. I also liked the other staff I met. All were compassionate and treated both me and my dog with kindness. Very happy to have found them!
