One of my elderly cats had a skin condition and some intestinal problems and I took him to this vet several times -- he was misdiagnosed on the skin condition (even though I told the vet what I thought it was and he told me "no way" and that's what it turned out to be after several more visits and bad medications) and the vet completely ignored the cat's intestinal issues ("oh, don't worry about it"). With both problems still unresolved, I took the cat to another vet who immediately began treating both and the skin cleared up right away and after much effort (other vet was very helpful) we got the very serious intestinal issues under control (cat would likely have died w/o treatment). My impression was that the Woodland Vet didn't know cats, nor did he listen to me as an educated owner (Pre-Vet undergrad degree). I would not take another cat to him, and because of his reluctance to listen to me or my worries I wouldn't take a dog, either.
