I took my cat in because she was acting up. They needed to sedate her and told me they would do some urine tests. Told me to come back in an hour. When I showed up they told me it would be $35o for all kinds of test. So I paid and questioned why I was not told about charges before they did the tests. The front desk told me the Doctor should have given me a quote. When I asked to speak to the manager, after I paid, she told me a quote was not standard procedure. She said the opposite from the front desk. She would not offer me an apology or anything. Finally I told her I would have to dispute it with the credit card company. After that she went to the front desk asked them to refund my money gave me back my sedated cat. She never told me that she would stop the test too. I had to ask her about it. She refused to continue with the test and would not give me my cats records. So there I was with a sick sedated cat no records no where to go. I called the corporate office never heard back.
