I took my 14 year old best friend in to this office to see if the Dr. could ease his pain. He had hurt his paw the previous week. He had been in a lot of pain. He was blind and deaf and had a hard time getting around. I mentioned to the secretary that it might be time to put him down. I took him in the next day fully expecting a consultation with the Dr. Instead he took my dog from my arms, shut the door in my face and told me he would be back in a few minutes. Three minutes later my dog was gone. Taken from me without even a goodbye. I left the office shocked and numb with grief and remorse. Would never recommend. Will not go back.
