I AM SO GLAD TO HAVE FOUND SUCH A CARING AND PROFESSIONAL GROUP. BEING OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK AND ALL THE VETS WORKING TOGETHER MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO SCHEDULE NOT TO MENTION THE EASE OF DOING THINGS ON LINE. THE IMMUNIZATIONS FOR LIFE PROGRAM IS THE PERFECT WAY TO KEEP YOUR PET HEALTHY AND SAVE SOME MONEY. THEY GIVE A MILITARY DISCOUNT FOR BOTH RETIRED AND ACTIVE DUTY..THANK YOU. THEY ALSO OFFER PAYMENT PLANS IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY OR HIGH COST PROCEDURE. THEY TREAT YOUR PET LIKE IT WAS THEIR OWN.

Took our sick cat to Goodyear Animal Hospital. She was Diagnosed with a UTI infection by Dr Erin Thompson. Dr Thompson gave her a antibiotic shot some pain meds and sent out lab test.Dr Thompson stated that with a diet change and clearing up the UTI infection our cat should be fine. We took her home and & hours later she passed away.Check out their BBB rating and see that Dr Erin Thompson seems to have a history of misdiagnosis. to say the least we ar not happy with Goodyear Animal Hospital or Dr Thompson. my suggestion is stay clear of both.

The right-hand never seems to know what the left hand is doing. We have a dog with valley fever. As a result of the valley fever she developed severe allergies. Each time we would go there we would see a different doctor who was unfamiliar with our case file. Even after her valley fever was under control, they never treated her underlying allergies.. Our dog had open, bleeding lesions, but the cause of those were not addressed. It wasn't until we changed veterinarians that it was recommended we take her to a veterinary allergist. For more than seven years Goodyear Animal Hosp was happy to take our money. But never took good care of our girl. We now take her to a veterinarian in Litchfield Park. The best decision we ever made was to leave Goodyear Animal Hosp. The questionnaire does not address medical care, if it had I would have given it the worst rating.

I will agree that the are very helpful and friendly but they are WAY to expensive. If this were the only animal clinic around it would be too costly to have a pet! I guess it's because they have so many vets on staff. We had to have one of cats put down and requested a paw print mold. Well after 3 weeks they called and said it was finally finished and we could pick it up. The only problem was that the paw print had 5 toes and our cat was a polydactyl ( 6 toes ). They still charged us of course.

i have had a similar experience with this group of vets. My dog came into the clinic with classic lyme disease symptoms, was tested relentlessly without result (which isn't all that uncommon for this disease), and was never treated. Almost a year goes by, my dog is having chronic issues now and kidney issues. I begged another doctor on staff (that I usually didn't see) for doxy. She finally gave it to me. His lameness cleared in 2 days! He now take him elsewhere, but he suffers from chronic bouts of lyme disease and incontinence. He will never be the same. The vets are nice, but I do not recommend this clinic. The do not treat empirically and in my opinion care more about $$ than your pet.

I feel taken advantage of... Vets are already really pricey but today spent 300.00 so they could tell me my dog was fine!I get the x-ray fees but 50.00 in puppy advil and 231.00 in other stuff to find out he was ok.. which is what the DR, said she thought before going in was crazy!

Friendly staff but over priced. Wanted me to spend $300 on things that i have already taken care of for my pet just 3 months ago. Didnt even thoroughly check out my dog.. they only looked at the area i was concerned with. not at all prompt service. Way better offices in the area to go to.

After seeing these people for a year, I needed to bring in my 9 year old golden (drinking excessively, vomitting bile, loss of appetite). They told my wife they would not be able to fit her in (called on a Fri for appt on Sat). I called back on Sat to explain it was an emergency, and they said maybe we could bring her by after 12:00 if the vet had time. They are very very expensive, and only care about money.

After several bloodtests, they have failed to diagnose my dog. I spent all weekend trying to get the vet to call me back, and at the end of each day, the receptionist would inform me that he hadn't been in the office that day. Not at all impressed.

I brought my cat in on an emergency and they promptly began treating him and were VERY kind and punctual! The vet told me to call anytime for updates or to stop by. They also called me with updates! They are GREAT! If your animal is sick or worse, they are the people you want to bring your animal to! Even just routine items! Very personable, professional and friendly! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!
