Click to report rating    4/3/17   2     2     2     1   Took our sick cat to Goodyear Animal Hospital. She was Diagnosed with a UTI infection by Dr Erin Thompson. Dr Thompson gave her a antibiotic shot some pain meds and sent out lab test.Dr Thompson stated that with a diet change and clearing up the UTI infection our cat should be fine. We took her home and & hours later she passed away.Check out their BBB rating and see that Dr Erin Thompson seems to have a history of misdiagnosis. to say the least we ar not happy with Goodyear Animal Hospital or Dr Thompson. my suggestion is stay clear of both. Click to report rating    5/16/12   5     5     3     1   I will agree that the are very helpful and friendly but they are WAY to expensive. If this were the only animal clinic around it would be too costly to have a pet! I guess it's because they have so many vets on staff. We had to have one of cats put down and requested a paw print mold. Well after 3 weeks they called and said it was finally finished and we could pick it up. The only problem was that the paw print had 5 toes and our cat was a polydactyl ( 6 toes ). They still charged us of course. RID: 34282
Click to report rating    8/13/11   1     2     2     1   i have had a similar experience with this group of vets. My dog came into the clinic with classic lyme disease symptoms, was tested relentlessly without result (which isn't all that uncommon for this disease), and was never treated. Almost a year goes by, my dog is having chronic issues now and kidney issues. I begged another doctor on staff (that I usually didn't see) for doxy. She finally gave it to me. His lameness cleared in 2 days! He now take him elsewhere, but he suffers from chronic bouts of lyme disease and incontinence. He will never be the same. The vets are nice, but I do not recommend this clinic. The do not treat empirically and in my opinion care more about $$ than your pet. RID: 26911
Click to report rating    4/18/07   5     5     5     5   I brought my cat in on an emergency and they promptly began treating him and were VERY kind and punctual! The vet told me to call anytime for updates or to stop by. They also called me with updates! They are GREAT! If your animal is sick or worse, they are the people you want to bring your animal to! Even just routine items! Very personable, professional and friendly! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! RID: 3532
