From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated very professionally. They techs were kind treated my dogs like their own. The doctor was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

We are thoroughly pleased with the doctors and staff at Palm Valley! We have two 8 yr. old Labs who have had some pretty serious medical issues and Dr. Lipovitch and Dr(s) Hatch have seen them through them all whether providing in office treatment or referring to us the best specialists in the Phoenix area. We have lived all over the US and can say without hesitation, that we feel totally confident and happy to have found such a professional and compassionate group to take care of our beloved pets. Thank you Palm Valley for everything - but most of all our peace of mind knowing you are there for us if/when we need you.

I cant say enough good things about this clinic! We ave used their services for our three dogs and the dogs have been treated by Dr. Lipovitch. He has a great deal of empathy and truly loves animals. When we have had an urgent situation, we have been given a same day appointment. The staff is professional, and very kind.

Kind and friendly staff. Clean well kept facility. Taken into room before scheduled time. Friendly caring vet who explained procedures. Reasonable prices.

I love this place, my dogs are treated so well here, the vet has even hugged and taken kisses from my dogs. The place is clean and well kept and the staff is very friendly and professional. I have never been to a better vet.

I took my 18 y/o cat with an ingrown nail and they were GREAT!! Staff is friendly, facilities are clean.. prompt and responsible! I have also taken my dog there for allergies and they are sooo sweet to her!
