Highly clean practice, owner has staff clean continuously. Very expensive! Sometimes have to wait 15-20 minutes past appointment time. Staff is great they do the best they can for what they have. There is no true leadership there for the staff. Standards change as often as the owner's mood, no written policies for staff so new staff stumbles around until they either leave or figure it out on their on. Good place for pets and clients but not to work.

The clinic made mistakes in diagnostics that resulted in extra thousand of dollars on the clients part, however the clinic did not want to be accountable for those mistakes.

Our family has been taking our pets there for years. They are incredibly caring and very concerned about the well being of our pets. In emergencies and simple things like weight checks and nail trimmings they are great. Very knowledgable and compasiontate.

Dr. Adams is simply the best. Best in diagnostics...Best in internal medicine...Best in surgery...Best in communicating with clients. There is no better veterinarian in the DC Metro area. Period! If you want the best for your dog or cat, Adams Mill Veterinary Hospital is the only place to go. Spend some time visiting her Website and you'll see what I mean.

Dr. Adams is the best veterinarian I have ever seen. I would put my pets life in her hands any day. Highly recommended.

Dr. Adam's is the best veterinarian I have ever known in my 35 years as a pet business owner. I have to give her, and her staff 5 *****. There are many closer vet's than Great Falls, for me, but none better for my dog "Rambo".
