Dr. McMillan and his other DVM are rude. Took all my reciepts in to prove that my dog had not missed any heartworm med. I found a sale of my dogs heartworm meds and bought 2 boxes 3 months early, but still had 3 months left of the other box. Because of that they said my dog had missed 3 months. So if you go there the month you buy heartworm meds. give it to your dog right away. If not they will call you a liar and make you get a snap test when you don't need one. They are very expensive. Vets now cost too much money. I think $375 dollars for teeth cleaning is horrible. 4 years ago a teeth cleaning cost $120. This industry needs to be regulated and a cap put on prices. The office staff here is also very rude. However Katrina the groomer is very nice, but I won't groom there because of the rudeness of the front desk girls. This place in my experience has a 0 rating. A 1 is even too good for the attitude of both vets and staff.
