The vet is very unprofessional. She was cursing at an employee in front of customers. I will not be coming back.

I brought in my two cats, my I say the only positive experience I had was with the technician I think her name was Julie, she was fantastic!!! Very knowledgable she made sure we had all the information we needed for the health of our cats. As for the doctor, not so sure, she seemed to doubt the questions we had, not too sure of herself, seemed like the Tech knew more about cats than the Vet!!!

This place is not cheap. We called to see how much a procedure would cost,they gave an amount,but they don't tell you all the add on's until thier done and it adds up to alot more then what they told you.There are other places on the net that rated this place also and have the same complants as I do.I won't go there again.

Horrible. Staff is uncaring and unprofessional. My dog was given the wrong diagnosis of a malignant tumor and almost had an unnecessary, mutilating surgery. Thank goodness for a second opinion. Try Mounds View Animal Hospital. They're truly great.

the staff that i've come in contact with here have been SO rude! i would never go back to this place.after deciding i didn't like this place i heard a horror story from my neighbor about them.i won't tell it because i didn't hear it first hand.

This place has below the bar customer service and you are always waiting. But they are WONDERFUL to the animals, very knowledgeable and best of all they are very affordable. I take my animals there for everything I need

I have always had a wonderful expeirnce with taking all of my animals there. Great customer care and very kind to the animals. I would highly reccomend.
