I had to leave my dog there for 10 days. This dog usually has no problem with kennel stays (at other facilities)and comes home happy and clean (not bathed). However she was so traumatized from her stay here she shook and cried all the way home and hid in her room for almost a week when she got home. I had to shave off her coat and bathe her 3 times to get rid of the intense smell she absorbed from being forced to lay in her own urine. In the 5 years we have had this dog she had never had an accident. I can't imagine how long she was left alone in a kennel to be forced to urinate where she was confined. What happened to do no harm?

Not pleased with care our pets received, cost where higher than quoted. Could not get rid of worms because vet only treated animal with two doses, vs. the three which is industry standard. Went ELSEWHERE
