Dr. George is an excellent veterinarian. Dr. George and his team are exuberant with empathy towards their patients and families. Our shihtzus have been part of their family for 18+ years. The excellent, efficient and empathetic care that they have given our pets for their entire lives is phenomenal. Our shihtzus lived for 18+ years due to their diligent care for them. My older rescue dogs also receive excellent care from the Burlington Veterinary Clinic. I am impressed with their genuine love and empathy always given to our pets. The Country Veterinary Clinic in Burlington WI communicates with our pets as if they were their own.

We brought our beloved old cat in to be examined and likely euthanized. We were pretty sure her old body was shutting down so we made it clear that we were prepared to put her down, but wanted her examined first. Dr Triick looked at her for several seconds, commented that her kidneys were failing, and injected her. My husband wasn't even in the room at this point. I asked Dr. Triick what he was doing and he calmly told me he was putting her to sleep. He never asked me prior to the injection, never offered to let me hold her, didn't even wait for my husband to enter the room. She had passed away by the time he walked in. He then flopped her body on the examining table and said, "That's it." The exam room door wasn't even closed. We were given no warning as to his actions and no kind words or sympathy. We left in a state of shock. I would highly suggest this veterinarian be avoided. His demeanor was heartless and unacceptable. I'm just glad I didn't have my children along.

I am rating them this because my 1.6 year old dog died after having a rutine surgery! I went to pick him up and found out he died over night knowone was there wathching him!. At least they could have called me

This clinic seems to have alot of turnover on young new vets. I Love the older vets.. Great prices, good service, the rest of the help is great.
