My dog was undergoing heart worm treatment, as series of treatments, over time. Dr. Schroeder tacked on an extra charge because something happened to a medicine my dog was injected with (lost, spilled, missed). I was charged for the mistake. Upon review of my bill I noticed the extra charge, knowing it was extra because I had an earilier estimate. I thought what happened was wrong. When I was shopping for cat flea/tick/mite drops, I went back. The receptionist was unsure if she chould sell it to me, as my cats had not had service. Dr. Anderson came out to OK the sale of the product. I don't remember exactly why, but I told her, Dr. Anderson, about my past experience there. My lasting impression of the receptionist was negative (that was probably why). This experience is only my opinion. The office was clean, the technicians - as I recall were wonderful, and I say nothing negative about Dr. Anderson.

I take my two dogs and my two cats to Milwood. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Dr. Schroeder and Dr. Anderson are both wonderful.

I loved it from the moment I walked in. They have very friendly, competent staff. It is completely affordable, and the DVM (Dr. Schroeder) is courteous and informative. I didn't see one spec of dirt anywhere. My Great Dane is normally shy, but not with them. I definately recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet.
