I HAVE TAKEN A DOG AND 2 CATS HERE, THEY ARE BUSY, BUT I DID NOT FEEL THEY WERE RUDE IN ANY WAY. AS FAR AS THE PAIN MEDS THAT SOMEONE WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT, THEY OFFER THEM AS AN OPTION WHEN YOU PAY FOR SURGERY (THEY DO COST EXTRA)IVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS AND A SIGN HAS BEEN POSTED THE WHOLE TIME EXPLAINING THIS. ALSO AS FAR AS INFECTION, THAT HAPPENED TO ONE OF MY ANIMALS AT A VET THAT CHARGED TWICE AS MUCH, SO I DONT THINK THAT IS ALWAYS DUE TO SURGERY. OVERALL, I APPRECIATE BEING ABLE TO TAKE MY ANIMALS SOMEWHERE THAT DOES NOT WIPE OUT MY BANK ACCOUNT, I WAS SATISFIED.

this clinic does not give the animals the care they need and deserve. my cat almost died because she was not given any pain medicine afte4r she was spayed. they acted like they did not care that she was in pain when i returned the next day after her surgery asking for her to be given something for pain. she was clearly limping because she was in such pain. finally i just left and took het to an actual vet's office that i knew would take care of her. Beesley tried to tell all kinds of lies and i was heartbroken because of what they had done to my cat. Her wound site got terribly infected and almost had to be reoperated on bc of the poor and negligent job they performed. they didn't even stitch her stomach up, they glued her together. there is not enough space on here for me to describe how i feel anout this clinic and what theyre really like. please do not bring your petd here, take them to a full service vet where they will be taken care of. you will be thankful in the end that you did

It's walk in for shots so sometimes it's quick and sometimes it's not but for the price it's worth it. The front office staff is HORRIBLE! The "manager" is very RUDE and short with clients. I was happy with the surgery preformed though.

Wonderful value! They did a great job on taking care of my babies through surgery and the price was 1/4 of a normal vet.
