Staff: Extremely Rude. Facilities: Okay. Punctuality: Horrible. Monetary Value: Terrible. Used MAC for a bit now, had my dogs boarded. They told me it would be 35 per day for both dogs, reasonable, for 5 days = 175 Dollars. They called and said I needed a Parvo/Distemp Vaccine for them at 18.16 per dog, I asked if that included a exam, and they said one wasn't needed. That makes it 211, total. When I came to pick up my dogs, the bill was for 290.88. I was appalled. Whenever I asked, they said the $18.16 Vaccine was $48 dollars because they had to do an exam. Whenever I told them I was told there was no exam required, after I returned, the veterinarian told me I was a liar and ran off into the back room, along with 3 of his employees. This place is a ripoff, they lie and charge you whatever they want, and they are rude. If they were the only vet within 100 miles of me, I would still go somewhere else. Never again will I spend a dime here. Never.
