I have an Associate Degree in vet tech, so I know how things should be done. I took my new kitten there for its first shots. I called ahead of time and was told that the new exam, shots, and everything he needed would be about $60. When I arrived, I noticed the wall posters and ads are very out dated, and dust accumulating on the bags of food for sale in the waiting room. This shows that they aren't busy, probably don't do a good job and aren't up to date on new technology. Then after a few minutes I was led into the exam room, where the floor was disgusting. The technician gave me a printed estimate of $60 for something I didn't ask for. When the doctor came in, she didn't even look at me. She looked down and said: "I'm Dr. Warren" and talked about all the procedures she was going to do that I hadn't asked for. I was given another estimate for $220. The technician knew NOTHING about animal restraint. Horrible, they just want your $.
