	1/19/12	2	2	2	2	Vets all tell you something different and one seems to have a mood disorder, besides not liking cats and not hiding it very well, and routinely pads the bills with unnecessary tests and charges for things you never authorized. They routinely exceed their quotes by quite a bit and, if applicable, change their terms depending on who's at the desk.
