Understaffed. Doesn't give a receipt for payment. Later tries to say you didn't pay. Charges extra if you use a credit card to pay then acts like she's doing you a favor by letting you pay with a credit card. Complains if you write a check or use a debit card. Talks bad about other pet owners. Doesn't run air conditioner even when it's 90 degrees! Makes you wait while answering phone and waiting on people during your appt. Charges for things that other vets do not charge for (weighing pet on scale costs $1). Overcharges for tests & meds that can be purchased online for 25-50% less. Has no people skills or customer service skills.

I would not recommend this veterinarian to anyone...ever. She was not very pleasant at all to me. I figured what she lacked in people skills she could possibly make up for with her animal skills. But I was wrong. She is extremely understaffed, she only has one other person working with her. She continued answering the phone during our appointment, which I did not appreciate. She even had the audacity to answer the phone while she was drawing blood from my dog! And all right in front of me. That was it for me. I will never got back here.

The technicians at this place were nice, but the veterinarian is the meanest woman I have ever met in my life! and very unprofessional too. The second a client would leave she would start bad mouthing them behind their back. I can't help but wonder what horrible things she said about me behind my back. Rude, unprofessional, not worth it!
