Receptionists are uninformed and prone to error and prices are unreasonable, especially for medications. Head doctor in not very caring towards cats.

love this clinic. its on the other side of the city from where I live, but the drive is worth it. I have seen Dr. Lovelace and Dr Sims. Staff is wonderful. Prices are not higher being that they specialize in feline care. My cats have been seen for routine shots, to upper respiratory. I had one small kitten which was only 2 lbs at 6mths and was very ill. We had seen over 3 drs and thanks to this clinic my cat is one year old already.

A wonderful resource of a cat-only veterinary facility (no stress of barking dogs in the lobby). Dr. Norsworthy is one of the finest feline specialists in the country and is often referred to by other vets in the area when care of a cat is beyond their ability. He also has the most up-to-date testing and surgical equipment. Despite that, his rates are still on par to other area vets, not higher. Not only is the cat care superior, but he is very good with his human clients. When making an appointment, I would recommend requesting Dr. Norsworthy specifically, instead of the other vets at the practice. On the downside, I have boarded cats there once, but would not again. If you live in the area, and have cats, I would highly recommend this practice.
