Up until this morning I would have given Allen Veterinary Hospital a 4/5 stars. Generally the customer service is not very great, but they've kept my dogs healthy. However....today errased any good will they had earned and I am now advising anyone who cares about their animals to avoid this vet at all costs. I showed up first thing in the morning with only 1 person ahead of me and for some reason, ended up waiting an hour in the world's smelliest waiting room to be seen. There are several cages of ferrets, birds, etc filled with poo still waiting to be picked up which gives off the most plenant aroma. My dog isn't dying, so this is relatively forgivable when compared with what happened next. We were finally shown into the back office by a grown adult wearing the completely business professional set of 10 year old girl jeans.
