I was hurt that they did not respond when I let them know my pet had passed away. Prior to that the care had been good, but this made it seem like they didn't care about my pet.

Love this vet! Very good to my dog, who can be a bit snappish. Called me after hours and daily when another one of my dogs was very ill.

We took our dog in for a lame leg, after $900 he was diagnosed with Lyme's disease. He was in pain for a month with several calls and visits to this clinic - the vet stuck by her diagnosis of lyme's disease. After researching on the Internet, I could not understand our dog's constant whining and lameness (due to lyme's disease). I took him to another vet for a second opinion - no lyme's disease. A totally unrelated diagnosis. The new vet treated our dog and within 3 days there was no more whining and after 10 days of treatment the lameness was much less pronounced. This clinic pushes many, many unnecessary "drugs." When seeking the second opinion I brought in the bag of other medications, remedies recommended by this clinic. He stated we could discontinue all of them. Our dog is sooo much better now. Don't go to this clinic! It will cost you a lot of money and your dog unnecessary pain and suffering.

Have been a customer for 2 years but I refuse to go back. Had cryosurgery for a skin tag removal for my dog, and the surgery was unsuccessful. Paid $105. They told me they could do another cryo or have it surgically removed. I politely asked for a discounted 2nd surgery since I already paid for one that didn't work. Their reply- No, there is no discount. The price is $220. For a skin tag! These people are rude, not customer oriented, and always understaffed. I won't be back.

I LOVE this clinic! I don't trust anyone with my pets and I am 100% comfortable with them. The staff always has time for any questions and concerns that I have and will even get down on the floor with my dogs. I tell everyone I know and meet to go Central Bird and Animal Hospital!

I've been to lots of vets in three states over the years, and have never found a place as great as this!! I believe in natural treatments, and Dr. Levy is awesome. Now that they have chiropractic, too, there's no reason for me to ever go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable for a specialty clinic (they're not a regular shots and heartworm pills place!), and staff always gives 110% every time I'm there. Sometimes they get busy, but always make time to see my animals when they are sick and need to be seen.

On more then one occasion I called to set up appointments for my pets because they were sick. They didnt have appointments for days. They only start taking appointments at 9am then break for 2 hours for lunch between 12-2 and the last appointment is at 5pm even thought they dont close till 6pm. Everytime a person that works could get in there they are not available. Staff is rude!

I was excited to find a holistic vet and scheduled a few appointments with my dogs for regular check-ups and blood works. It is important to me to understand what the vet is working on when I come in with my dogs and what the test results come back with, however it seems that they are so overbooked or understaffed that they don't seem to listen to what I have to say and/or they don't take the time to listen to any of my questions. Then, I have experienced that if I don't specifically decline additional testing at this time, they will do it anyway and then charge me for it. They are not cheap. I believe Dr. Levy is doing a good thing (the holistic approach), but I am not sure if that outweighs the lack of staff friendliness, lack of time for the patient and high cost.

Underpayed staff. Dr Andrews killed a chinchilla during dental work. Also a bird died while she was out having a smoke and not in the surgery ward! Be careful she cares more about her cigerrette brakes then animals. If your ever in exam room 3 look down by the cars in the parking lot, she will be smoking away...

LOVE Dr. Levy and Dr. Andrews. I brought my new pup to them and Dr. Andrews got on the floor with him, because he was frightened. She gave him his vaccinations and the exam on the floor. My pup was a happy camper. I also brought my adults pets to Dr. Levy for some holistic therapies. She it very caring and knowledgeable. These vets truly care for the health of your pet, no just the money they can make from you. I whole heartily recommend this vet. I have recommended them to all my friends and any new friends I meet in the pet stores. Great vets!!

This vet is great, my dogs loved the staff. The veterinarian was kind and very knowledgeable. I will bring all of my animals here now. They sell raw food and they work with rescues and they are very affordable. Give them a call you will be happy. There staff is just wonderful very friendly. Facilities are clean and bright very cheery.

This clinic is the best - they truely care about animals. They are big into rescue & do whatever they can to help. I take my foster dogs here and really love the knowledge that are willing to share. You guys are the best.

I bring my birds and my g-pig here and they have always treated my animals very well. I usualy see Dr. Andrews and I think she does a wonderful job!

Love Both Doctors, They did what other vets have charged us thousands to try to do and failed at. Long way away, But worth the trip!
