I love both Dr. Woods they were very personable, and even when an outcome was less than favorable, they always offered options and took time to answer my questions. I felt comfortable with both my dogs going to there. Their services per dollar were cheaper than most in the north austin area, however their medications were more expensive than average. I would recommend them, but would call to get an appointment well in advance of when you actually need it, because they book up fairly quickly. Their staff is sometimes overburdened, but always nice and affable. The facilities are tidy and neat. I never had a problem with their punctuality or not getting any medications I needed.
